I stopped hiring and built these instead
Three things broke my TikTok Shop accounts. Over and over.
Not big strategic things. Boring things. The kind that leak money quietly while you're busy doing something else.
I spent two years trying to fix them with people. More VAs, more hours, more spreadsheets.
Didn't work. People get tired, forget things, and go on holiday.
So I built agents instead. One for each leak:

Is it the message?

A brand owner told me she'd sent 400 creator invites. Six replied.
She thought her message was broken. It wasn't.
The message is the last 5% of creator outreach. The other 95% is the system around it, and that's the bit nobody looks at, because "send more invites" feels like progress.
Five things decide whether a creator replies, posts and sells. She was doing one of them.
Sending harder into a leaky bucket just burns more creators.
The agent scores all five before we touch outreach. Ten minutes, and it tells you which one is bleeding you.

Need Creators?

Everyone builds a creator list the same way. Cast as wide as you can, message anyone with a pulse, hope a few bite.
There's a shortcut almost nobody uses.
The creators who'll sell your product best are already selling your competitor's. Right now. This week. With real GMV next to their name.
That's not a hunch you have to go and test. It's a list you can pull.
The agent pulls it, ranks them by what they've actually sold, and goes straight at the proven ones.
Fewer messages. Warmer targets. People who already know how to sell the thing.

ROAS?

A shop owner showed me his ads last month, buzzing. "5x ROAS, look at that."
That 5x was the problem.
When your GMV Max target is set high, the system stops spending. It can't find enough cheap conversions to hit the number you asked for, so it pulls back.
Your ROAS looks beautiful. Your revenue quietly flatlines.
We dropped his target. Spend opened up. Total profit went up, even as the ROAS "got worse" on paper.
The agent reads it like a media buyer, not like a dashboard.

Three leaks. Three agents.

None of this is clever.
It's just stuff that needs doing properly, every day, forever.
Which is exactly what humans are bad at and agents are good at.
That's the whole pitch. No swarm of robots taking over the world. Just three boring jobs, done every day, without me.
