Here's the brutal truth: 99% of sellers are doing TikTok Shop backwards.

They think it's Amazon 2.0. It's not. They think they can copy-paste their Amazon strategy. They can't.

TikTok Shop has its own rulebook..... and most sellers never bothered to read it 🤬.

🎯 The 3-Phase Framework That Actually Works

Phase 1: Under $50K/Month - Building Your Affiliate Army 🏗️

Stop spraying and praying with affiliate outreach.

2024 was all about sending free samples to every affiliate with a pulse. That strategy is DEAD..... and expensive.

Here's what winners are doing now:

Be Picky With Your Affiliates

You need affiliates…. start building those relationships

  • Don't send products to random creators

  • Look for affiliates who actually respond to messages (revolutionary, I know…. but affiliates never reply… try 0.05% reply rate 🤬)

  • Focus on building relationships, not hitting contact quotas

TikTok is becoming a ‘Pay to Play’ platform….. like Amazon. Ads are the future

Phase 3: $100K+ Per Month - The Empire Strikes Back 👑

Welcome to the big leagues. Time to build your affiliate empire.

You Need a Community Manager

  • Think of your affiliates as an army

  • Use Discord, Skool, Circle, or even newsletters

  • Manage relationships like a pro sports team

Hire a TikTok Ads Specialist

  • Someone who ONLY focuses on TikTok content optimization

  • Identifies winning content patterns

  • Continuously improves ROI and decreases Cost Per Order

The Hard Truth About Teams: I've yet to see an in-house Amazon team successfully pivot to TikTok Shop.....
