Encourage Reviews and Unboxing Videos: 58% of consumers are noticing more sponsored posts from content creators. Encourage your customers to share their experiences with your products on TikTok. This could be in the form of reviews, unboxing videos, or showcasing the product in use. Remember, 93% of customers find UGC very helpful in their purchasing decisions.
Promote Authenticity: 90% of customers say authenticity is important when deciding which brands they like. Avoid excessive self-promotion and instead, focus on sharing real customer experiences. This can significantly increase your brand's trustworthiness and engagement on TikTok.
Capitalize on TikTok's Features: As we've mentioned in our previous newsletters, any traffic sent to Amazon should nurture the algorithm. Create content that helps your PPC and increases your followers on your Amazon storefront. For instance, make a video showing an Amazon hack - "My Amazon Hack.... Follow this brand and they email private discounts."
Personalize Experiences: 67% of people say it’s important for brands to share more.
