🥊 TIKTOK vs AMAZON

Introducing FBT, the New FBA Contender

So this is BIG!

This is part of TikTok’s grand plan….

They first launched TikTok Shop UK….. they did a terrible job and they even admitted it…. it was there beta.

They launched TikTok Shop US a few months ago based on what they learnt in the UK and its been a somewhat successful.

AND NOW….

Basically:

• Stock is stored at the TikTok warehouse

• When an order is placed the warehouse will pick, pack and label the merchandise before it is shipped

• The fees can be found here

Its only available in the UK right now but rest assured….. the US is coming.

I wonder how they got the idea for FBT?

Also…. it’s important to note that Shopify tried the same setup and failed miserably….but TikTok is different, they have proven the model in the East.

HOW TO USE TIKTOK SHOP FOR AMAZON SELLERS

• You can’t ignore TikTok anymore…..now that they are copying the FBA model its only a matter of time before they ‘crack it’. TikTok is the bug that can’t be squashed 🕷️.

• 8 Figure Amazon sellers are using TikTok Shop…. I know a seller that started TikTok Shop US a few months ago….. It surpassed their Amazon sales. All the big sellers are looking at TikTok right now.

• Jump in before the water is bloodied….. It’s a blue ocean right now, but not for long. Remember, being an Amazon seller puts you ahead of all the other TikTok Shop sellers. Your experience is worth 10x there 🚀 

• Ads are cheap on TikTok, but cheaper on TikTok Shop….. I have run over 100 TikTok Ad campaigns and was shocked at how much cheaper TikTok Shop Ads were. Not many people are using the platform…. but for how long?

• Easiest marketing…. I really mean that. Contacting influencers is their equivalent to PPC. Contact 10 - 20 influencers per day and agree an affiliate amount (for every sale they get X%). This whole process is automated by TikTok Shop, takes minutes to setup 👊

If you are thinking about TikTok Shop….. DO IT!!!

Most importantly…… this will worry Amazon…. I like it when Amazon is nervous.

A very wise, astute person once said……

My goal has never changed… get as many Amazon sellers to use TikTok.

‘Cos we all know PPC is a race to the bottom 🤬 

But you can use TikTok to:

• Improve your Amazon PPC campaigns

• Create your own rebate system (even reviews….. but that’s naughty)

• Flood your listing with traffic

• Increase Branded search on Amazon

• tons more…..

What I am trying to say is…….

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TIKTOK…. before everyone else does (‘cos we all know how Amazon sellers can ruin a party…. remember SFB, 99% discounts, etc).

TikTok's Cracking Down

Are you an AI-generated influencer or just another human pretending to be a robot?

TikTok is onto you! TikTok has rolled out a new feature forcing users to disclose if their content is created by AI.

Great move TikTok! A could it be a platform where every pixel must prove its human ancestry 👊.

Next time you're about to upload a video to TikTok…… pause and ask yourself: "Am I a robot?" If the answer is yes, be sure to answer responsibly.

If the answer is no, well, maybe it's time to step up your game and get with the times. After all, in the age of AI, being human is so last century! 🕺
