If You Want to be an Influencer, Bring Your Bestie Along…..

Who knew hanging out with your mates could be a career move? 🤷

Recent research has revealed that influencers who feature one or two of their close buddies or family in their posts tend to get a higher rate of engagement.

Here's the data:

• 🔬 Researchers analyzed over 55,000 posts from 763 top influencers. The conclusion: Posts mentioning close social relations (like your BFF or family) saw an 8.67% increase in engagement.

• 🤳 And you know what's better than a group selfie? A selfie with just your bestie. Posts featuring two people (as opposed to four or more) raked in 28.7% more likes.

• 💌 Two further experiments confirmed that people were 95% more likely to hit the like button for posts referencing a close social relationship (like a daughter or a friend) versus a distant relationship (like a designer or entrepreneur).

How do you use this?

If you sell a ‘wholesome’ brand on Amazon, get influencers that frequently feature their friends and family members. Their Followers love brands that ‘bring the family together’

Christmas is the biggest time of year for us where we shutdown our families and focus on the business (the life of a typical ecom seller 😞).
