They are EVERYTHING.
You can rely on “organic search" IE. customers find and purchase your product….. but that’s like playing defense….. that’s not our your style.
You need have to be aggressive. You must be the rottweiler your competitors fear….. ‘cos they are chihuahuas.

If you are not contacting over 1,000 TikTok Shop Affiliates per day, then you will be left behind by the big brands (they send 1,500 samples per week to affiliates).
3 methods to contact affiliates:
The TikTok Shop Affiliate database
You can contact the number of affiliates based on your sales from the previous week
DM the affiliates
TikTok profile to TikTok profile
Email the affiliates
You will need to be a master of cold-emailing if you want to scale this
Or send a few emails per day manually and track the results
If an affiliates wants to be contacted then they will list their email on their profile
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
Affiliates receive 40 - 50 messages per day and hence, their reply rate is terrible. They are the “Belle of the Ball” and they know it 🤬.
Don’t get upset if they don’t reply
Only solution is to contact affiliates at scale….. yes, you need to become one of those pesky email marketers.
Don’t judge, email is your new best friend.
Don’t believe me? Over the past month we sent over 170,000 messages to affiliates and only had a 0.56% success rate 😞…. hence why we use multiple methods:

You do not need to be a master of Paid Ads, just follow these steps:
Spark Code
When an affiliate posts get the Spark Code from them (allows you to use their content as an ad)
Create an ad (5 min)
Let TikTok do the targeting. TikTok know their users better than you know your partner….. their algorithm is that effective
As you are using the affiliate content….. the ad is ready to go
Ads are important because you are boosting the organic content….. you obtain both the PAID reach (ads) and the ORGANIC reach (affiliate post).
Affiliates love this as they get more views, followers and commission and you get more sales….. it’s a win-win solution.
